Internship in the field of M&A/Corporate Finance

We offer you the opportunity to complete an internship as part of a highly qualified, dedicated and successful team and to assist us in executing our consulting mandate.

Your responsibilities include:

1. Analysis of companies in the context of their market and competitive environment
2. Preparation and interpretation of financing models on the basis of annual financial statements
3. Assist in preparing presentations and documentation
4. Assist in preparing transaction documentation and marketing materials
5. Other activities associated with ongoing projects as well as project inception

What we expect from you:

1. Academic training in economics or another discipline with an economic focus
2. Above-average academic performance and a Bachelor’s degree
3. Superior skills in analysis and conceptualisation
4. Experience in data research and analysis
5. Excellent command of German and English (written and spoken)
6. Excellent command of MS-Office programmes, especially PowerPoint and Excel
7. Dedication, self-reliance and perseverance as well as care and attention to detail
